Our innovative taper adapter saves "K" series bearings life to optimum level. This is an innovative product which comes for self aligned ball/ roller bearings with taper bore. It suits to the bearings like 1205K, 1209K, 1309K, 22209K, 22208K,22211K etc. Adapters are available for all ranges of bearings. Our taper adapters play a key role in maintaining the life of the bearings to its maximum extent and avoiding the damages in bearing housing (bearing pedestal).

It consists of sleeve, lock-nut and locker-washer having the following salient features:

• Sleeve made out of medium carbon steel.
• Average surface finish given to have a good clamping effect.
• Perfect taper ratio maintained to ensure the distribution of load on bearing is uniform.
• Easy assembly system adopted without tampering the lock-nut by using odd type of tools.
• Load factor on the bearing can be confirmed by pulling the sleeve assembly with the help of Soc. Hd. screw.
• Firm locking provision given on lock-nut by bending the outer tab of lock-washer.
• While assembling taper sleeve, the bearing will not have any disturbance from its location point
